I read your recipe for Kugen, I have an idea, what about Cranberry-Pineapple?

My grandmother makes a wonderful cranberry salad with cranberries and pineapple that has a wonderful tart/sweet taste I just love. I'm wondering if a mix of those two would make a good filling. (I think I may have made it last Turkey-Day)

When you visit lets have a feast, it may not be Thanksgiving, but that doesn't make feasting off limits, oh and we could listen to Feist while we feast...I'll try to remember that part :).


I love it! Can you cut up cranberries, like into quarters? 'Cuz I've tried the berries and if you don't cut them up they don't do the spreading thing. Mmmmm, but cranberries do sound good. :-)
